if they are hear in time, im going to paint them w/ the rest of the car....if i like them like that i will leave them painted CBP..if not, when i get the lip ill spray them black.

I have the clear lens on my O.E. fogs and they're pretty white with a stock bulb...I would leave all your bulbs stock unless you know your electrical system can handle it...I had some hyper whites in my headlights and they melted my wiring harness and also caused a short later.

I was wondering are civic prewired for fogs or do u ahve to buy the harness? Or do they come with the light when u buy them?

they arent prewired...when you buy them they have everything you need..the relays to the oemstyle switch(which is a plus)
