bulb or headlight prob?

You may want to check the grounds for each headlight. One may not be getting the ground it needs. That's where I would start.

alright..i didnt touch the bulbs i kno that for a fact...i used rubber gloves but then again i didnt touch em...but how do i check? im new to this i dont kno where to start?

Lifting it up was useless for me. It was almost just as tight as when its locked in place... I felt that I was going to rip the hoses off if I lifted it any higher.

You might want to try adjusting the level of the light, it might be that it's not aimed correctly and giving you that sense of dfferent lighting.
