will these rims fit my 95 civic ex?

do they have a 4x100mm bolt pattern and what is the offset of the wheels?

It is 4X100. Offset is 40

when i go buy tires what would the tire diamentions be?

stock is 175/65/14
i would use 195/45/16
use http://www.miata.net/garage/tirecalc.html to compare to other equivalents if you want to mess with sizes more

yes the rims will fit and i recommend 195/45 as well

There is no tire in that size if I remember right.

Just go with 205/40x16"

outside diameter would be incorrect with that size tire on a civic and it would throw off the speedo.
