Default Belt replacement

I am new to civics... Can anyone tell me how the belt for the compressor comes out. I releived the tension, but it seems like there is no way of getting it out in one piece. Also, how do I get the alt belt to loosen tension??

I believe the left lower engine mount has to be removed to get the belt off. The belt goes around that mount.

For the alternator, there is adjustment in the bracket. Loosen the screw in the bracket, and loosten the lower alternator bolt a bit and it will swing forwards and back.
