Default 92 si sohc non-v-tec?

I heard that the 92 si wasn't v-tec... is this true? please someone clarify.

valve cover didnt have an imprinted VTEC logo....but it did have it. just look for the VTEC solenoid near the distributor.

I had a guy in high school try and tell me mine wasn't VTEC. "It doesn't say it on the valve cover.":rofl: Funny, it says it in my manual and theres a VTEC solenoid under my hood.

its spelled vtec not v-tec, vtech, veetech, etc.
