my girlfriend just crashed her 87 crx si i have a 91 dx hb and i am swapping the intake maniold with one from a 91 si. i still need a throttle position sensor which i can't seem to find. can i take her throttle body off her car and put it on my 91 si hb manifold that way i can splice her throttle position sensor into my wiring.

I had a 1st gen rex si and I believe your dx throttle body is to small but if it bolts up try it the worst thing that will happen is it won't fit.

I really doubt it. The 85-87 CRX Si and 86-87 Civic Si used a throttle body that has a strange bolt pattern, and a plastic spacer. If it does fit, I would be very suprised.

Edit:
This is what I'm talking about, this is from my Si.

You had me worried there for a minute! The MAP better be connected, I just replaced it's vac line, but you can only see a wee bit in that pic A disconnected MAP would still be the least of this thing's problems, though
