First off, what civic is this for? If its a '92-'95 Hatch/Coupe or a '99-'00 (all models), go with OEM. If its any other civic, you should look into PIAAs, Raybrigs, Catzs, and some Pilots. How much are you looking to spend?

Oh yeah, the ones from Walmart are crap. I have a set on my car that are similar to them (they're "Ralley" foglights)....they'll last maybe a year if you're lucky before they start melting on the inside...and they'll get all fogged up also whenever it rains. Save your money and buy right the first time.

good luck getting OEM fogs for '96-'98...and besides, they're not so nice looking anyway. There are replicas available though.
