Me and 2 of my friends are planning on racing just for bragging rights and the hell of it, ya know, whos got the faster car and bragging rights. kids stuff pretty much. these are the cars and in your opinions who would win:

90 Integra LS - Axle back exhaust and intake.
95 Eclipse GS - CAI, cat-back exhaust, and weak driver.
93 Civic EX - CAI, header, catback exhaust, cam gear and short shift.

*I know, not many mods done to any of the cars, but hey, no jobs for any of us and we're all still in high school, we're tryin.

 

i really think the civic has a shot... are the other cars stick?? cause that will come into play ihtink.. i know NOTHING about a GS...

 

All the cars are sticks. The eclipse GS is a 2.0 dohc non-turbo. ive seen him race before and hes not that good of a driver to begin with, but i know the car has potential, i mean hell it is considered a sports car.

 

Race and find out.

your car mid 16's... i loked it up and these cars run identical times...

if its a street race do like i do and cheat... lower tire pressure... jump the start... if you feel him catching you and you are close to a 1/4 mile throw on the 4 ways and tap the breaks so he can't catch you... all these things help... another trick i use is a couple false starts.. so he is not on his toes.. the guy will ge tready to flag and i will jump fowardso we have to re line up.. it normaly heeps crack his nerves... you are all pretty = so it will definately be a drivers race let us know what happens

Alright thanks for the help. Im definetly not trying to be cocky or anything, but the guy that owns the LS has ridden with me and said that im a better driver than him and even when i drove his car he said i was better than him at driving his own car. And like i said with the GS, hes a sh**ty driver anyways, so ill race both of them and tell what happened and how it went. Once again thanks for the look up on times.

 

Never heard of that one, good idea :naughty: Im guessing this lets him know that your slowing down so he will also and you just keep pullin off..?

 

Hopefully you will take it to a track like a smart adult and run, don't do it on the street please.

 

the civic and the teg will probably be side by side, but i dunno if they can beat a gs...
