Need Help guys!!

I have a 97 Civic EX 1.6L SOHC Vetc.

Im looking at Upgrading Fuel Deilvery for the motor.
New: Fuel Rail, FUel Regulator, And 450cc Injectors

(Parts for a future turbo setup)

I need help on what parts i need, How they bolt up? and What Fuel Managment Controls i should be looking at? From Apexi

Any help would be great

 

don't waste your time with the rail & regulator if you don't need to push the limitations of the 450's.
