Catz makes an HID kit? I thought they made that Zeta kit, that basically just amplifies the current thru some halogen bulbs.

It just came out I think. There's a group buy on groupbuycenter right now. However, I don't know the quality of them as of yet. I want to see their H3 set that is coming out soon, but I don't want to pay a high price just for the name.

yeah that is what i am wondering about. Catz, much like a lot of other companies have claimed that they are oem suppliers for companies in japan. but then again it could be kia of japan for all i know. i know for a fact that the zeta system thing is supposed to be some butt. but then again they make pretty good quality fogs so i can't be sure what to think about them.

i think those catz hids are bright and white, and looking at staticstics on the board, people will like them as long as their aimed properly, so if you like em, go with em, just make sure they are plug-n-play, so you wont have to "ghetto-rig" them to work and that will give you a fu*ked up beam and blind the sh!t outta people

thanks for the help. yeah the catz set looks pretty bright. in most hid kits do you have to drill the ballasts into the fender or something? how do they install?
