Has anyone heard of putting a GSR head on a B16A block?

 

meh, kinda pointless. it will only raise the compression a lil bit and the b16 head flows better until around 8k where it falls off and thew c1 head will carry a lil further. as far as the difference in cams, i know the gsr's are better for boost, but ive never seen an NA comparison done between the too on the same motor.
the intake manifolds are different designs, same with the dizzy and i think some emission stuff.
why do you want to do the swap?

 

The reason for the swap is to get my car up and running until I finish my K20 build and so I can stop driving a gas guzzling truck. Also will B16A cams work with the GSR head, I'm new to B-Series engines.

 

all b-series vtec cams are interchangeable.
