Need help with spark plug gasket removal.

 

If you mean the tube seals, those are easy once the valve cover is off. I don't believe that engine has plug gaskets or "o-rings". I believe it applies to all engines of that type - w/ plug tubes rising out of the head, instead of being part of the valve cover.
