Default hydrolocked...help please?

i got it to run now. it runs like nothing happened. should i still change the plugs and oil and what not?

what should i do now?

Glad car runs!
I don't think it will hurt to change the plugs and oil, that $40 is worth piece of mind...

same thing happened to me in my 82 civic about 5 years ago. ran through a hidden puddle and car just died. it took about 5 hours before i can get it running again.

maybe you should take your valve cover off and check everything, make sure nothing is cracked and ****

i wouldnt know what to look for.

its running fine now. maybe i should take the oil pan off and just look for any signs...

oil and water dont mix and water is lighter, youll see it pooling on the top of the valves and such.

just change your oil and you'll be fine.

valve cover dude, thats where all the oil pools.
