Default Sunroof stutters while opening. :(

94 Civic EX

My sunroof recently started to "stutter" while I'm opening it. It happens about mid way. I recently lubricated it and thought that would help but it didnt. Any suggestions?

Thanks

I see

like WD-40?
you did more harm than good.

like others are saying, a liberal amount of white lithium grease on the tracks, and the part that slides

at a bare minimum, they have spray white lithium, although it isn't NEARLY as thick as the stuff in the tube.
