I heard mixed results. One day, I'm going to measure them myself and make everyone shut up.

D16 - anywhere from 55-58mm (?)
B16a2/B18c1 - 60mm
B18c5 - 62mm

I heard the LS (B18b) was also 60mm but now I am not so sure

My D16Y8 TB(for sale, check sig) starts out at 58mm and tapers to 55mm at the throttle plate. My GSR TB starts out at around 62mm, I think, and tapers to 60mm.

How you like the GSR TB? Did you port match the manifold?

It's cool. I can't really say I feel much of a difference, except in the upper RPM range. Yes, I port matched the IM. Took a while to open it up as much as I needed to. I don't have a compressor, so I used my Dremel with straight/cone cutting bits, then moved to straight/cone grinding bits, then to coarse sanding drum, then to fine sanding drum. I used the GSR TB gasket as a template.

Cool, I was going to get a B-series throttlebody as well.

Is it true that most honda TB's are interchangable? For example a B series Tb on a D series engine? Or has that been what you guys are talking about?

I'm running a GSR tb on my D16Y8. They're pretty much interchangable, but it's easier to get one that's from the same OBD generation as your engine.
