what kind of oil do you use?

I use Mobil 1 5w-30 synthetic. I use it because it has been recommended by my fellow racers. And I use 5w-30 because my manual says so - although I used 0w-30 in the summer

In order to add a little life to this thread: I know many people around here use Mobil 1 or some other type of synthetic oil. For those of you who use regular dino-juice, what type do you use?
