+1 for the 16-17" rims
+1 for the JDM headlights

OEM either USDM or JDM are good quality compared to some aftermarket products, that's why people mention the fog and water.

I'm just going for something that looks clean. if i do decide to go with a body kit then it'll be something that doesn't have all those weird angles. just something that will fit the shape of the car. but i'm thinking that just for rollin around town 17's should look good with about a 1" drop. my focus will be a clean exterior with a really nice interior. keep the red paint and work everything around that.

You can always get some nice lip kits. The Mugen or mugen style lips are pretty clean. When I had my 92 4dr, I put ok EK (96-00) civic sides as they had a nice flare/type-R look to them, and was OEM quality. 17"s are nice. 1" is an ok drop. The look of the drop are always subjective. Some think 2" is too much, some think 1.50 or 1.75 are not enough. But it's up to you. If you lower your ride, just remember that springs are nice, but changing the struts are good too.
