Its a good book helps you get the best bang for the buck at least. If you have not upped your pistons and rods stay away from stage 3 stuff you need high rpms to gain anything. Stock rods and pistons don't hold very long to repeated high rpm use. When I say high i mean 8500 plus. Your rev limiter in you ecu stops you anyway. You get a cam with too much lift and over lap (stage 3s) all your exhaust gas ends up in your intake at lower rpms (reversion) not good for power but at high high rpms the only way the engine runs is with all that lift and overlap.

The only thing I don't like about the book is it has a thing abut vtaf controls and fmus. When thy first came out thy were the hot ticket but have been sloppy compared to any eeprom chip and tune hardware.
