spark plug suggestions

Default spark plug suggestions

can't afford denso iridiums....

what would you suggest?

I was lookin and I had the chioce between regular ngk, bosch platinum, and some denso plugs for about $2 each.

NGK are the only plugs I've ever put in any car I've ever owned....just as good as Bosch (or better), for less money.

Plus, if Honda puts them in your car from the factory, that has to say something.

I just changed my plugs...I wanted NGK's, I have used Borsch Plat 4's in the past, but this time I went and tried the Denso's... the car idles smoother now. Also went with NGK OEM wires--nice & thick.

how long do spark plugs last? aside from the platinum plugs?

"60,000 miles" supposedly. But it doesn't hurt to change them sooner than that...

its been 55,000 miles
i just ordered some bosch ones... cuz they were inexpensive and I didn't feel the need for plugs twice the price on a stock civic
