Yea, I was gonna ask that too, might be a good idea to take all those off, and cover up your wheels.

Leave it primed and drive around with it!! Actually, that color wouldn't look bad... did you fill in the rear license plate area? If so, make sure you make it really smooth and flush with the rest of the trunk, I've seen too many of those mod's wrinkly or uneven... Is that stock suspension?
no i didnt shave the license plate area....i personally dont like it shaved, so i didnt do it......right now im on arospeed lowering springs, im also sitting on 40series tires.

the only thing i shaved was the rear emblem.

thanks...im just waiting for the wings west duckbill spoiler to get here. if i paint the car now, and then paint the spoiler, the chance of it matching isnt gonna be good.

shiit i need to put back on the car when its done:

the moldings, which are gonna be painted off the car then im gonna install them.
c/f hood, c/f mirrors
front rims
front cross memeber
amber corners
all of my interior...door panals, back seat panals, trunk panals, and last night i just put back in my rear seats...my car is still a mess but in the end its gonna be well worth it.

Are you doing it yourself? From what I hear, you have to make sure the surface is P-E-R-F-E-C-T before you start painting it so you have to be thourough and patient. Should be cool, good luck.

nah...i wouldnt do that.

the sanding process took a good couple hours on the DA w/ a 6inch disk at 180 grit. i havent started to wetsand yet, should do it this week. i do have a couple of spots that i need to touch up but nothing big. the longest part to do was the actual bodywork itself, bondoing, sanding, making sure everything was nice and smooth, and if it wasnt, rebondo and do it again, its a real good learning process and im glad im doing my own work on the car. wetsanding should only take about an hour w/ 2000 grit paper, it just needs to be lightly sanded.

the more time you take with the earlier **** the easier it makes the final product...

you **** up your body and your primer shows, and your colour will show it 100x worse. yuck
