Anyone who has this lip please tell me exactly how much lower this lip is from the bumper? Im about 6 1/2 from the ground so by adding this lip i want to know how much I have left in the front.

 

Not toatly sure on exact inches,i have a front lip on my car and i still have pleanty of room.

 

Is there anyway you could measure how much more it adds to the bottom part of the bumper please? If you actually have the type-r lip thanks.

 

i have a type r lip on my 97
and its lowered about 2.5 inches all around
so my car is pretty low IMO and with the lip it just looks so much better
it is a bit low and it scrapes occaisionally but its not too bad
it is a bit of a hassle cuz you will have to go into dips sideways to avoid scraping but it looks so much better compared to without the lip

 

i'd say that it adds a good 1 3/4" on the sides (can't see in the pic, but there is a little piece that hangs lower just underneath on the sides) and just under an inch in the middle...

 

CivicDXR are you saying its almost 2 more extra inches it adds to the sides? Im already 6 inches off the ground int he front so that would be 4 inches with the lip. That would really really scrape alot i would think. CivicDXR with the lip tell me measuring from the ground to the lip how many inches you have on the side and the center cause like i said im about 6 inches. Thanks
