Default 2000 si won't stay running

My si has been sitting since around November. Now I'm trying to get it running for summer and I'm having problems. My first problem is I didn't disconnect the battery, so I'm jumping it. However once I get it going (rough start) it idles pretty much normal with a couple of sputters here and there, probably old gas. Then once it's warm the idle goes down to the normal 750 and it wants to die. I have to press the gas, and keep the idle up to keep it running. I'm thinking it's a fuel problem. Any suggestions?

- info on car 2000 si b16a2 w/54k miles greddy turbo kit, installed aem fuel fiter about 10k ago. msd digital6 ignition, cap. Magnecor wires. changed plugs less than 3k ago. I've checked the resistance on the wires, seems to be good also.
