Default 00 Front End Conversion

I need new headlights, front bumper, and hood for a 98 civic w/ the 00 Conversion. Not trying to pay $200 for the OEM bumper and $450 plus paint for the OEM hood. Any Suggestions? Are cheap aftermarket hoods and bumpers that bad? Does anyone in the Baltimore, MD have these parts? Willing to travel...

Maybe it was a bit more. Sorry, I should have said that it was less than $200. The guy that was doing body work for me got it. But when I was looking for parts myself, I went to a junkyard and they said that they could get me new aftermarket parts within that price range.

Edit: The bumper cover was in fact $100.

You could just get some used parts. If craigslist is big in your area, you might do well there as long as you are careful. you need fenders for your conversion as well if you don't already have them.
