OK the other day I was just driving along and it was a rainy day and my wipers were working fine on all speed levels, so I parked my car and when I came back my lowest speed level for the wipers wasn't working and when I needed to clean my windshield you know how you just hold down on the wiper knob and it spras and the wipers clean auto. they didnt move and i had to set it to a higher speed level. Any suggestions as to why only the lowest speed level isnt working? I have a 97 civic ex.
