getting a settlement check sometime in the near future from being in a car crash so once my back stops hurtin im gunna throw probably about 5 grand of the check into my 95 civic... already plan on getting the body work perfected and a paint job but after that i wanna do sumthin big... any suggestions would be great cuz ive got tons of ideas but not entirely sure on what i want to do yet so i figured id ask.
i would say boost would be good i had a teggy ls boosted to 10psi on stock nternals anything higher u wil need to build up the bottom end i hope this helps
heres my point of view i wouldnt do nething with the body yet.. get all the engine and mechincal work all done first then start with the body of the car.thats just my point of view, thats what im doin with my 95 honda civic.
Without knowing much about your car, its hard to suggest anything. Boost is always nice as mentioned, but if you have any rust or damaged/scratched panels, I'd take care of that first.
well its got an integra front end conversion... thats why i was going to get the body work and a paint job... only cost me about 1400 done... but then the rest i was gunna put into the motor... possibly even more than 5000 altogether knowing i may get more than expected... but if i can run 10lbs of boost with stock internals than i guess thats what i may have to do :-D
