Cliff notes: Driving home yesterday and hit someone after they weren't paying attention.

I was driving home yesterday going down 95S in the HOV lanes ( fast lanes) i was in the area that always backs up, so i started to slow down, I saw the guy in front of me starting to slow down, so i backed off some more. Then he all but locked them up, trying to not hit the person he was behind (he wasn't paying attention) then i tried stop before i hit him but it didn't work. I will post up some pics later of my car. From what i can see the hood, both fenders, rad support, headlights, corner lights, and front bumper. I will find out next week on the fate of my car. Its been 3 yrs since i have had a major accident. The cop even said that its not my fault, but since i hit him in the rear i got charged with following to closely. I left 10.5 ft of solid black marks trying to stop in time.

Edit: I might have a hood (small ding) and an aftermarket stock bumper, if you need them.
