i recently notice a annoying noise coming from my passeger side front brakes. It only makes that metal noise once in a while. Like when the car is moving the noise comes on but once i hit the brake or even just press the break softly the noise goes away but once i let go of the break the noise comes back. I don't think its the break pad cuz i jack up the car and i use my hand and spin the rim and theres like a certain point where in spin it, the noise come on but rite after that certain point the noise stops. Can anyone help me out? thanks

 

Does the car seem to pulsate when you hit the brakes?If so the rotors are warped.

Really sounds like you need new rotors(best to change both at the same time) .

 

when i press the brakes i don't feel anything. Damn, if its the rotors then i screw cuz i'm hella broke. How much does just 1 rotor cost and for installation. Too broke to get both. What kind of rotors should i get?

 

i didn't know how much rotors cost but my freind said around $30, i'll take my car to a shop to c whats up then i'll know what to do.
