Im got a vynl dash and vynl door panels. Can I just scuff it down alittle, and then wash them off really well then dry then then prime them 2 or 3 times then sand it smooth and paint them and then clear them. Wont this work to make it look smooth and shinny. Will it stick to the vynl? Or will it flake or what.

 

Do you mean that you installed some sort of vynil panels, or are you talking about the original ones?
