cant unlock doors from outside
just bought a civic and noticed i cant unlock my doors from the outside, went to the dealer to get some keys made and i still cant unlock my doors from the outside. so i never lock my car which is not good were i live any idea guys

can u lock it from the inside? have u recently taken off the door panel? can the dealer unlock ur doors? if not wat did they have to say about this or did they want u to pay first b4 they can tell u sum info?

^^^ Get a locksmith to make a Key for your doors. Most likely it was a theft vehicle and they just replaced the ignition cyl.... LOL
FYI almost ALL honda keys will slide in, if it does not turn, it is not the right key...

Sounds like the wrong key, or what happened to me...someone I bought the car from had a key made but it was made on the wrong sized blank....got the correct blank and recut the key and now it works great....good luck.
