Default lowering gone wrong

i need some answers i have a 93 civic 4dr dx just drop did it myself got the back ok but the front was off i guess it was too low so it ride on the inside
so i got adjustable camber kit an put it on now you hear this rubin sound from the tires in the front every time u drive stright but when truning it stop.please help me i need help thanks inadvance.

if you have aftermarket wheels they maybe the wrong offset...maybe too wide of a tire
