Default getting the civic

105000 miles-92 civic dx 4dr stick for 1500 dollars is it a good buy guys.

has the timing belt been done??

if so, i dont see why not...one cannot honestly expect to find a nice ass car with $1500!!

Is a honda...if it was maintained properly it should last!!

how do you know it rust,well yeah in the rear wheel 2 spot.and it run fine.

105000, should it be done so,or would it last another period

If it hasnt been changed yet, it should be done at 90K, along with the water pump and the alt. belt, according to my manual.

if it hasn't been changed recently then yes. my owners manual says every 90k.
depending on your location and the condition of the car it's probably a good deal. 105k on a 92 civic is pretty low milage too.

ok,so is there any way i can check to see if its changed from the previously owner. I am pretty new to stick shift,when i park the car on steep hill,the car will roll back ,i put the gear in neutral and pull the hand brake,is there something i forget to do.

U can put it into gear, 1st or reverse, it will lock the drive wheels.
