Default Jdm D15???

Does this engine fit's on a 1997 honda civic I have the D16y7 in it and is a piece of trash with more then 200K miles and I saw it for cheap so I'm like will it fit?

should bolt right in. Do you know what year the motor is?

I think it is 1995 but is the JDMD15 don't know much else but I see that it has 130HP and is V-tec with everything anyway I need new clutch on my piece of S"" D16y7

it will bolt right in, but you will need a v-tec computer (p-28) and a skunk 2 Obd2a to Obd1 jumper harness. so the obd1 motor will work with your obd2 chasis

so it will just fit right in I already have a ecu from a honda civic ex that used to have the d16y8 engine so the engine comes with tranny and is a d15a i believe
