Default 1994 Del Sol,VTEC- computer problem?

I had to replace the computer on this car about 30 days ago. After replacing computer it ran fine for a few days and now it has become hard to crank. I have discovered that the pump is not priming up on ocassion and I have to keep turning the switch on and off and eventually I will hear it. Then it cranks fine. I have replaced the sensor that controls this to no affect. My mechanic says it must be a bad re-built computer. It may be but I hate to send it back without knowing for sure. Anybody got another idea other than replacing the computer again?

Since the "9" and "0" keys are next to each other, I assume he means "94"... I hope...

ah ok...I prob. should have thought that, but for a split second I was like "did they make an 04 del sol in JDM land h:" so I figured I would let him clear it up for us lol. I would try and find a known good computer instead of a "rebuilt" one and test it. If it still does the same shyte then I would start a new path of diagnosis.
