Default Info Request

Long story short..been building American cars/bikes for years..recently purchased '97 del sol SiR...JHMEH6167VS003329...4 wheel discs and 15" alloy wheels...
From what I've researched this is a jap model assembled in Suzuka with a VTECH engine? The boys at the local auto parts store said it was a Y8 model. It's definitely a single cam model...is it really a VTECH with 127 hp?
Thanks for helping with my somewhat ignorant questions.... yes I've ordered a service manual...

...just an old guy trying to catch up with the younger crowd

Welcome to HAN. I felt like old guy learning new tricks, too. I did a LOT of reading, and pretty much did everything myself like I do on my 67 Camaro.
These cars are a lot of fun. You'll come to learn that these Hondas are like Legos. There are a lot of cross-over suspension/engine components that Integra's share.
