Free Manifold + Free time = New Setup
Like the title say i got a free Y8 manifold, and it was slow at work so i made it work on my car. i can tell you this, it is far from bolt in. I happen to get one from an Auto. So i had to drill and tap hole for the IACV and the IAT(have to on either auto/5spd) THe other prob i ran into is that this manifold had the Air injection System. I ended up JB welding the 5 holes on the face of the manifold. (one above each injector, and on central hole) From my Butt dyno i can feel that there is better power on Accel, Thou i dont think it would be worth buying one and doing this. Here are some pics

Im thinking im gonna get the Z6 and build it up ( it the case that the GSR dies) One other thing i like it i get a lot better throttle sound. much deeper.
