alright, i recently aquired a 95 civic, it has a b18b in it. when i got it, it had no distributor cap or wires. so i bought a cap and used my prelude wires but no spark. i relized the pluds for the distributor had been changed. i think from obd 1 to 2 and then the distibutor i got for it is obd0. anyway i got it to start and drive but at 3500 rpm it acts like im hitting rev limiter or something. in every gear. it has a p75 computer. anybody know what could be causing the cut of? or even anything about it thx .
