The cost depends on if you're planning on doing the work yourself and/or how much of the work you can do yourself.

All the parts shouldn't be too expensive... I'd guess you could get everything you need for around $500 used, maybe less. If you can't do the work yourself, its going to cost your left nad in labor. So if you want to DIY, I'd say go for it. Project cars are for learning, and theres no better way to learn than to get your hands dirty.

If you need a shop to do the work, I'd say its not worth it... just sell the car and get a manual.

:edit: And just an FYI, its common courtesy on this board to use the best grammar you can muster, and please don't type in all caps (thats why the first letter of each word in your post is capitalized). Thanks
