half of the original value since my original black valve cover had a crack when the swap was being performed the shop hooked it up, but in total my swap was $4200

if you have a close up of the valvecover..i can tell you if it is real or fake. from the angle u took, it already looks like a replica.










as for the original post, the red Mugen cover is fake. There are a lot of fakes out there. Real ones are hard to come by and cost at least $800. There are ways to tell from the real and the fakes. Buyer should beware not to pay $$$ for a fake one. Just need a good overhead picture for comparison.
