Does it sound like this only when moving? If so, could be tranny related.

How old is your tranny fluid and what type are you using?

I can't help with the internals, I had a bearing noise for about 60-75,000 miles. I was waiting for the tranny to let loose because I had another one waiting. It never blew and I didn't have to find out what it was.

Tranny fluid is brand new.I put this motor in about 10,000 miles ago with all new fluids!!I adjusted the valvves last night and while none of them were that bad the car runs much better now...I also noticed I was missing one of the nuts that hold my cheap ass 2 piece header together and one of the main bolts on the rear tranny mount???? this is the second time I have lost this bolt?????also noticed that while parked with wheels pointed straight my front pass. side wheel was pointing way out to the right???so I moved tie rod till it looked straight, has to be bettere than it was!!!moral of story problem solved but I still dont know what it was.....I think valves

You can do the tape measure front end alignment to get it pretty close. I measure at the front and rear of the tires and adjust my toe that way. On my 92 Civic I used pretty much no toe in and it seemed to ride and wear good.

Of course if you have the cash, you should take it in for one.

Part of your exhaust is rattling. Do a search for exhaust rattle. Something's rubbing or one of your exhaust hangers is broken. The reason you don't hear it when you downshift is because the engine torques in the opposite direction.
