Default Map Sensor Problem?!?! Help?!?!

I am writing this thread to ask if anyone could help me with a map sensor issue that I have. I have an LSVTEC, and I keep having this check engine light for my map sensor Code 3. I've been driving my LS vtec for 3 months now and this is the first time this happened. This is exactly in details what happens.

When driving normally I have no check engine light. Taking the car up to vtec on 1st, 2nd, and 3rd, there is no check engine light at all either. (Keep in mind I have a p28 chipped to redline at 9,000.) But on 2nd gear right after I hit 85000 going to 9000 the check engine light switches on! This only occurs once in a while. Sometimes the light does not come on until I hit 3rd gear going to 9000 rpm. After this light comes on, my car stalls, but not enough to kill my motor. It stalls just a little bit, especially when you slowly accelerate. You can still drive it too, but it will not keep a steady speed.

After turning the car off, I jumped the code and it threw a code 3. But after turning the car off, the check engine light turns off and it will run fine until I hit the high rpm's. Usually at about 8700 on 2nd gear, and if it doesn't turn on during 2nd gear then it will definitely switch on at 7000 on 3rd gear.

So, I swithced the map with a 90 integra map sensor, and the car still did the same thing. Any ideas on how to fix this problem would be greatly appreciated! Thanks for lookin!!!

11:5 compression...Complete skunk2 valve train with skunk2 cams, actually if I could I would take it up to 9200. When I was initially done with the motor, we dyno the car and it was making power after 8800, but the ecu was limiting how far I can take my car.
