Default Hope this helps

Ok your 93 civic is an obd 1 motor and your 96 motor is an obd2, from what i have gathered the big difference is the obd2 is running a crank sensor, best thing i can tell u to do is use your old intake manifold and dizzy. from the 93 along with the orginal wiring harness and save yourself the headaches, hopw that helps
