Default window regulator

Ok so I changed out the window regulator, and now when the window goes back up its slow, and it seems to be going out of the track. Is this due to the window seal being bad? If I replaced the window seal would it correct my problem?

Did you lube the track any? If not, give that a try.

If you did, then does the window seem to slow down because it looks like it's getting caught up on something or because the motor is just slow? Also, how is the speed going down?

no, i didnt try to lube the track..im going to do that tonight when i get home. and yea the window goes slow going down, it does feel like it is getting caught on something going down and up. if you let it go up just a bit then push the window back and towards the car it will go into the track just fine, but for some reason it seems like its jumping off track....also the window seal is bad, its mostly gone at towards the bottom of the window..and there is just the metal channel with no rubber.

Well go ahead and lube it up and see how it performs after that. That might fix all your problems, but if it doesn't then you've at least narrowed it down a bit further
