Well it started back up again today with no problem and I didn't even do anything. I guess the main relay was hot.

Wasn't so sure you could rule out the other possibilities at first but I agree with IgOtNOluCk. Chances are if it's an on/off problem the main relay would be the culprit.

Anything else that might be on/off would most likely cause it to take a long time to start but it finally would.

Is there a possibility of it being the fuel pump? I'm having the same problem. It'll start up everytime though but sometimes it takes awhile

If you can her the pump prime when you turn the car on (before cranking the engine) and the car runs normal once it starts than I doubt it's the pump itself. The first thing I'd do on your car is change the fuel filter if you think it might be a fuel flow issue, cheap and relatively easy.

Before my coil went out my car would randomly take extra long to start from time to time. Ever since then it hasn't but I've replaced the plugs several times as well as cap, rotor and other things so although I know the coil was part of that issue, can't say for sure that the others didn't play a part.

On my car oil used to drain into the plug threads and onto the electrodes so they fouled real fast, not such a problem any more, but that also could cause a long start.

Lastly, I've read here and elsewhere that leaking injectors could cause similar symptoms but I know little on that subject other than to suggest an injector cleaner  just in case it clears up some blockage - plus your valves could be full of carbon and allowing some blow-by which wouldn't help on startup.
I use lucas upper cylinder lube myself but anything would do.

Just some ideas so you have some things in mind to search on and then look for similar symptoms as others with those issues.
