Default Blow-by, idling problem

Pleas help
I have the idling problems, the car shakes at low rpm, and if i leave it idling for a little bit it revs up 2500 and when driving it jumps between 1000 1500. i have rebuild d16y8, stock rebuild just new rings, head job (head was surfaced two times), head studs also running p28 but tried p2p the same. The motor blowing white smoke from valve cover, dip stick. I did the compression check 175 180 175 160. Spark plugs dry.
Clean the PVC, tested the idle control valve, checked for vacum leaks, checked the coolant all looks good.

Sounds like a head gasket to me . Check the back of your oil cap and see if it's caked on with brown mud from the coolant running through it. My 92 Si sounded just like what you're talking about.

i dont think its head gasket because im not losing any coolant, but i am losing about a half quoter of oil in about 2k miles.

the 160 cylinder might be the culprit. How new is the rebuild? Did you hone the cylinders? I doubt its the ringlands themselves if the motor is completely stock.

Yes i hone the cylinders, i put about 4k after rebuild, but since the rebuild motor never ran right. What you mean by culprit.

What does the purge valve do?, could it be the cause of the bad idling.? and what you think may cause the blow-by.
