Default 00 Si acceleration trouble

My 2000 si acceleration is stuttering when it hits 5000 rpms. it seems to accelerate fine at lower rpms. any suggestions? i bought the car brand new it has 53,000 miles, greddy turbo kit, msd ignition, magnecor wires, ngk plugs. I change oil regularly, and just did the plugs about 1000 miles ago.

The MSD ignition raised a red flag for me.
