Default EGR VALVE anyone?

I just learned about the EGR valve (Exhaust Gas Recirculation) and the problem that a malfunctioning one causes.. reduced power, detonation,(pinging), rough idle, stalling, hesitation when accelerating... i have minor cases of some of those.. Has anyone ever seen a DIY for a 94 honda civic ex manual tranny?? or do you knoww where it is.. anything would help.. thanks in advace.

To my knowledge the OBD-1 cars such as yours don't have an EGR.

correct, only a few choice d series have an EGR along with the H and F series which don't really apply to the civic realm very often.
