Default Low Beams Won't Work

I am not sure what happened. I have not changed anything or hooked/unhooked anything since last summer! All of a sudden my low beams will NOT work!? My parking lights, High beams, signals, everything else is fine but NO LOW BEAMS!!
Changed the bulbs, checked fuses in BOTH fuse boxes. (Two listed as daytime running lights, and each headlight is on a fuse. Everything was ok)
ANY IDEAS -- !! (2002 Civic SI)
Ugh, tired of riding w brights on all nite !!

Are you getting power at the bulb socket when measured with a meter?
If yes, then bulbs are shot.
If no, then maybe the socket is corroded. You'll have to chase the wiring back to a point where you do get power.

Is there a low beam relay for your car?

Are the headlights in your car stock? Or are the Projectors?
