im lowering my EK, should I install new control arms?

yes... i lowered mine a tad more than that, about 1 3/4inches. after about 20k miles the tires were noisy and showing camber wear. go buy the skunk2 kit. easy install and just as easy to adjust

I say yes as well. I have Eibach Sportlines (1.8") and I ate through some bad ass BFGoodrich G-force T/A's...sigh...I miss those tires.

omni UCA's are fairly inexpensive, and just as good as the skunk2 design.

add washers and longer bolts for rear camber correction ftw!
