Default Civic Si IACV trouble codes

So my cel just came on today, its a 99 Si, and the sites I've seen only show the codes of a civic up to 98... I read mine the old fashioned way, by jumping the 2 pronged connector by the ecu. I got a code 14 (IACV). I just recently replaced my throttle body with a p73 type r one (bored out). Could the throttle body be doing this? What should I do first? Oh, the car is revving itself, sometimes cuts out at low rpms, those are the only symptoms so far).

Try taking off your IACV and cleaning the screen with some brake cleaner. You may have a vacuum leak.

Does the idle thing happen all the time, just when cold, or just when hot?

weird, I tightened the idle speed screw and it seems to have gone away. It just idles normally at around 800... Will definitely clean the IACV if the code comes back. I'll let you guys know what happens, thanx for the help.
