When you say it "rolls in neutral" does it actually start rolling automatically? Then its what FourthGenHatch said. Its an auto. If your talking about the lag from when you start pressing the gas to when your car actually starts going then thats your belt-driven tranny. Thats one of its traits (the lag). The Urk sound, is it when you press the gas after a full stop? If it is, then the first gear is actually grinding. This is a known problem for Honda, pretty much there were a bad batch of cvts. You can get it fixed if you still have your warranty! You do realize that you will loose somewhat more gas with a different tranny? Cvt was produced so you can have a constant rev throughout your gears which saved gas. You wont have that with any other tranny. But ya, just letting you know! HTH! Layte!

Default ROLLS IN NEUTRAL

What I meant was that it stays in neutral for a second or two while I am pressing on the gas, and it takes a second or two before it actually starts to move. And the URPPPPP sound is the sound that I get whenever I put the car in Drive.
